Dairy Queen in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities to enhance the customer’s visit.

Responsibilities focus on guest experience and operations support while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (shift/assistant manager or similar).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
