Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in alignment with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities while ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a food service management position, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
