Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, the leading Arby’s franchise operator, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Missouri. You will partner with the General Manager to run daily operations, coach a diverse crew, and uphold food safety and guest service standards.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality role, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage inventory and adhere to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with management on operational improvements.
