DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP is hiring an Assistant Manager in Colorado. You will partner with the General Manager to run daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and build a capable team aligned with our RAISE culture.

You’ll support recruiting, onboarding, and hands-on training, coaching team members and shift leaders, and preparing for future leadership opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with focus on guest service and drive-thru.
• Leader or supervisor experience with shift coaching.
• Clear communication and sound judgment in fast-paced env.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support GM with scheduling and daily priorities.
• Coach fast, friendly service and drive-thru performance.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management.
• Maintain food safety and brand standards.
