Qualifications

• QSR experience with a strong focus on speed and drive-thru performance
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience with leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on approach and commitment to developing Team Members and Shift Leaders into future General Managers
• Passion for hospitality, community networking, and building lasting relationships
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Own speed of service, especially in the drive-thru; coach an efficient team that serves guests quickly, accurately, and warmly
• Lead daily operations including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Grow sales and profitability through cost control, local marketing, and community connections
• Create a positive, inclusive workplace where people feel valued and want to grow
