Job summary

Quality Brand Group, operating Dunkin’ locations in Colorado, seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead shifts, coach the team, and support scheduling, inventory, and cost control while upholding brand standards.

Strong restaurant leadership, guest service focus, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with a strong focus on guest service and drive-thru performance.
• Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service, with a strong focus on drive-thru performance.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management; help reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness and brand standards; reinforce training and accountability.
