DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team, uphold the RAISE culture, deliver exceptional hospitality, and run a community-centered operation that the team is proud of.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders toward future General Managers, manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and ensure brand standards while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Required QSR experience with a strong focus on speed of service and drive-thru performance.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach and a commitment to developing Team Members and Shift Leaders into future General Managers.
• Passion for hospitality, community networking, and building lasting relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own speed of service, especially in the drive-thru; coach an efficient team that serves guests quickly, accurately, and warmly.
• Lead daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Grow sales and profitability through smart cost control, local marketing, and strong community connections.
• Create a positive, inclusive workplace where people pitch in, feel appreciated, and want to grow.
