Job summary

Burger King in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced team. You will train new hires, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and excellent guest service skills. You will create a positive work environment, monitor quality, and support the General Manager to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
