Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide our team toward a positive guest experience and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You’ll set the tone when you’re in charge, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Working with the General Manager to achieve goals in service, operations and financial results, you’ll help manage cash, inventory and food cost while fostering a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that delivers

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
