Job summary

AES Restaurants in Owosso, MI is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will guide the team to deliver a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You’ll work with the General Manager to drive performance in service, operations and financial results, hire and coach staff, and use AES Systems to maintain controls across cash, inventory and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
