Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will lead by example, support the General Manager, and drive performance across service, operations and financial results.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, coaching, strong customer service and a proven track record in restaurant management, P&L awareness, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to create a positive guest experience and uphold quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a restaurant every shift.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
