AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will lead by example, hire and train staff, manage operations and costs, and ensure consistent service across shifts. Join a goal-oriented team focused on guest satisfaction and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or able to obtain it.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
