Dairy Queen in Oxford, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and prepare food according to company standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities while ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role requires management experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
