Dairy Queen in Monterey, Tennessee is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while supporting restaurant operations and learning management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant leadership position, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. You’ll work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to keep the store running smoothly.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management as Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
