Dairy Queen in Northport, AL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products following company standards. You will support and learn restaurant management duties while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring relevant leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license, with flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management or similar food service leadership.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
