Dairy Queen in Wildersville, TN is seeking a proactive Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure quality customer service and to uphold Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen brand standards in every guest visit.

You will assist with shift leadership, staff coordination, and daily restaurant operations, while delivering a warm guest experience. The role requires reliability, clear English communication, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
