The Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and foods following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Qualifications include 2+ years in a restaurant management role, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager/Assistant Manager role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English communication proficiency.
