Job summary

Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a food-service management role, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant Shift Manager or similar food-service management.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
