The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food-service management, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant shift/assistant manager or similar food-service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
• Support shift leaders and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
