Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying demand, community input, and competition.
• Forecasts budgets and monitors financial controls.
• Develops marketing and community relations programs to attract patrons.
• Controls purchases and inventory with supplier contracts and reports.
• Maintains operations by enforcing SOPs and implementing improvements.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by evaluating offerings and building customer relationships.
• Leads HR objectives: recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluations.
• Maintains a safe, healthy facility by following sanitation standards and laws.
• Supports company goals and seeks value-added opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with work authorization, liquor service, wage/hour laws, and break requirements.
