Concord is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Atlanta to oversee guest service and daily restaurant operations. The role requires a minimum of two years of restaurant management experience and open availability for AM or PM shifts.

You will train staff, manage service quality, and collaborate with the Chef on food presentation and cost controls. The position includes participation in budgeting, marketing plans, and staff development, with a comprehensive benefits package and career

Qualifications

• Must have open availability to work AM or PM shifts.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with friendly, professional service and ensure quality and consistency in an attractive environment.
• Ensure meals are delivered promptly with proper plating, portions and temperature.
• Develop cost savings strategies and labor retention aligned with F&B financial goals.
• Train staff in service sequence and product knowledge to meet guest needs.
• Lead daily service education and training programs for servers, bussers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Evaluate restaurant service performance and staff development.
• Coordinate timely food production with the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Chef to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
• Participate in menu evaluation and pricing strategy for liquors and wines.
• Assist GM or F&B Director in creating annual financial objectives and marketing plans.
• Support cost control measures focusing on cost of sales and payroll.
