You will supervise front‑of‑house operations, train staff, coordinate with the Chef on food quality and presentation, and help meet revenue and cost targets through budgeting and marketing initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience.
• Must have open availability to work AM or PM shifts.
• Provide guests with friendly and professional service and consistent quality in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly service and ensure quality and consistency in a well‑maintained environment.
• Ensure meals are delivered in a timely fashion with proper plating, portions and temperature.
• Lead server, busser, host, and bartender training programs and daily line‑ups.
• Coordinate with the Chef on food quality and presentation for guests.
• Assist in budgeting and marketing plans to meet hotel F&B financial goals and cost controls.
• Monitor restaurant service performance and staff evaluations.
• Develop cost-saving and associate development strategies in line with financial targets.
