Sizzling Platter LLC in Clinton, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts with a hands-on, hourly role. You will coach Crew Members and Shift Leads, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, maintaining inventory, and handling opening/closing duties. Applicants should have restaurant leadership experience and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
