Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in Heber City, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, and drive guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach crew members, assist with hiring and training, monitor food safety and quality, and help with opening/closing duties, inventory, and reporting.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers $17–$19 per hour with overtime eligibility, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members.
