Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee operations, build a strong team, and ensure great guest experiences at our Taco Bell franchise. You will drive fast, friendly service, monitor costs, and maintain POS accuracy while upholding safety standards.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires at least 18, ServeSafe certified, and availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Must be available early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Drive fast, friendly service and monitor costs and POS accuracy.
• Maintain health and safety standards and adhere to laws and guidelines.
• Schedule and deploy team members to meet demand and standards.
• Handle customer complaints and represent Border Foods professionally.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
