Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hagerstown, MD to support the General Manager in daily operations, ensure smooth restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work with the GM and team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while training staff and driving sales.

The role requires at least two years in restaurant supervision, a Food Manager Certificate if applicable, and open availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant supervisor or management in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to manage 15+ team members.
• Lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
