BFS FOODS INC is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold customer satisfaction and drive daily restaurant operations in Hancock, MD. You will supervise 15-20 staff per shift, enforce brand standards, and ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas of the unit.

The role requires training staff on POS systems and back-of-house functions, stepping into different positions as needed, and working with the store manager to implement new techniques and policies.

• Ability to train staff on POS and front/back-of-house operations.
