Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in El Paso, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure every guest enjoys friendly, personalized service, great food, and a clean, welcoming restaurant.

You will lead and coach a team, create and manage staff schedules, control costs, interview and train new hires, and uphold health and safety standards under the General Manager. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
