Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest experiences. You will collaborate with the General Manager and district leadership to sustain quality food, cleanliness, and friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with private transportation access.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Uphold health and safety standards and inspections.
• Set a welcoming, fun family environment in the restaurant.
