Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in El Paso, TX, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

You will work closely with the General Manager and district team, leading a fast-paced crew to meet standards, while receiving training and opportunities for internal advancement."

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of staff.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
