You will lead a team, schedule staff, and work with the General Manager to uphold standards. This role requires 1+ year as assistant manager in high-volume food service, flexible shifts, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections standards are met.
• Set a friendly, family environment in the restaurant.
