Job summary

KFC in Sanford, ME is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team. You will lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing staff to deliver unforgettable customer experiences.

This role includes taking charge during the RGM's absence, driving operational excellence, and managing daily activities with a 50-hour week, 40 paid hours plus 10 overtime, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Model the KFC Connect Success Routine to drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and uphold food safety standards.
• Run restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance with the RGM.
• Address employee relations issues and escalate when needed.
• Source, interview and hire Team Members; promote equity and belonging.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Review financial reports and act to improve performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
