Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service and great food delivered in a clean, inviting environment.

Under the direction of the General Manager, you will help oversee staff schedules, training, and performance while maintaining health and safety standards and day-to-day finances. We value teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching, development, and performance of staff
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant
