HAZA BELL in Fremont, NE seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure Taco Bell standards are met.

You will supervise team members, schedule shifts, monitor food safety, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction while partnering with the Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise crew and shift managers, provide coaching and scheduling.
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Help manage costs, analyze sales and labor reports.
• Maintain inventory, supply orders, and proper food storage.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
