HAZA Bell is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Omaha to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, drive high food quality, and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead team members, manage shifts, and uphold Taco Bell standards while meeting financial targets.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, knowledge of food safety, and flexibility for diverse shifts. Franchise environment with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers, providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Assist in managing finances, including sales, costs and labor analytics.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize shortages and control waste.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce health and sanitation standards.
• Communicate operational updates with staff and headquarters.
