Circle K in Interlachen, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations, supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and uphold brand standards to ensure guests leave satisfied.

The RAM leads and coaches team members, participates in interviews, maintains cleanliness, manages food safety, cash, inventory, and paperwork, and collaborates with management to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the RM’s absence
• Lead and coach team members and partner with management to maintain standards
• Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records; complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and counts
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance with laws and safety codes
• Communicate incidents per policy and support RM in achieving financial metrics
