Circle K Store 2709087 in Chiefland, FL is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise team members in the RM's absence. The RAM will lead, coach, and partner with management to uphold Circle K standards and ensure guests leave satisfied.

The RAM will handle shift staffing, coaching, training, food safety, cash control, and end-of-day paperwork while maintaining a safe, profitable operation and strong guest service focused culture.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and coaches the team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties and follows up for completion
• Directs team to ensure food items meet brand, company, and health standards
• Coaches team on food preparation and production management
• Trains team on new products and relays information to the staff
• Manages campaign materials when requested
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift
• Completes end of shift/day paperwork and counts
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/period paperwork and counts
• Keeps a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Prepares incident reports per policy
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational targets
