Circle K in Yulee, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The RAM leads and coaches staff to uphold brand standards, ensures guest satisfaction, food safety, and efficient service while managing cash, inventory, and administrative tasks.

The RAM partner with the management team to deliver on Circle K’s standards, train new staff, and drive a profitable operation.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members to maintain standards.
• Ensure food safety and quality while meeting brand and health regulations.
• Oversee cash handling, sales, and inventory accuracy during shifts.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and communicate discrepancies.
• Support management with administrative duties as required.
