Pizza Hut in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to be the right hand to the General Manager. You will lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure quality, speed, and service standards.

You will assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, monitor inventory, handle customer concerns, and enforce safety and brand standards. This role opens opportunities for advancement into GM and above in a fast-paced, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervisory role preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead and coach team members to meet performance goals.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly.
