Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers; provide coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Monitor finances: sales, expenses, and cost control to meet targets.
• Manage inventory and ordering to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate operational updates to staff and management.
