Burger King in Dacula, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and develop people while maintaining guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The AGM will oversee inventory, cash control, and service quality, coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members, and step in for the Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed to ensure fast, accurate service under set speed-of-service guidelines.

Qualificações

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L to influence profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Manages profitability through inventory costs and cash control procedures.
• Motivates and directs team members to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coaches Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
• Directs operations to ensure efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
