Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages profitability by inventory control, cash handling, and cost monitoring.
• Directs guest service to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly experiences.
• Leads and coaches Shift Coordinators and Team Members to improve performance.
• Oversees operations to ensure adherence to brand standards and speed-of-service guidelines.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
