Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 3 years restaurant manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to meet quality food, service and sanitation standards.
• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff; assign daily duties.
• Recruit, train and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews as needed.
• Adjust schedules to ensure full shift coverage and approve overtime as necessary.
• Maintain records in compliance with company policies and state/federal law.
• Ensure staff adherence to safety, cleanliness and food handling standards.
