Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc is seeking a motivated shift supervisor for our Burger King location in Refugio, Texas. You will help lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, HACCP compliance, scheduling, training, and cost control while collaborating with the GM to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Open availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leadership by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Balance high-quality service with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and train them to perform their jobs.
• Lead engaging team huddles to inform and motivate the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build shift supervisor capability and prepare for next level.
• Monitor service speed to meet guest expectations.
• Keep restaurant welcoming and clean; ensure product quality and standards.
• Collaborate with GM to implement action plans for guest metrics.
• Review scheduling to meet QSC targets; manage daily numbers and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and adjust orders; monitor cost controls.
• Oversee staffing plans and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
