Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team in the absence of the General Manager. This full-time role builds on the Shift Manager position and requires open availability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability and dependable.
• Shift/Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state Driver’s License and automotive insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Production management in absence of a Shift Manager.
• Complete temperature logs and waste tracking.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Handle banking duties and cash reconciliation.
• Train new team members and conduct interviews/reference checks.
• Schedule with GM/DM approval; oversee daily operations.
• Address escalated guest concerns and maintain service standards.
