You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and ensure standards are met across service and safety protocols. The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong communication, and the ability to train and coach team members while collaborating with the General Manager on

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, coach and train team members for operational execution.
• Drive sales and guest visits; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Interview candidates and assist in hiring decisions.
• Place, check in and store orders; handle invoices and invoices timely.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication with the General Manager.
