Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Bristol, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences. In this role you will run daily operations in the RGM's absence, participate in P&L management, recruit and train team members, and ensure food safety and health standards are consistently met.

A 50-hour work week with defined overtime awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, and inventory.
• Champion KFC culture, equity, inclusion and belonging.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Model KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Lead operations in the RGM's absence and take key decisions.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members with a focus on belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory and labor.
• Ensure health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
