The role requires supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, strong leadership and time-management skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew and shift managers; provide coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints to uphold brand expectations.
• Assist in managing finances, monitoring sales/expenses, and controlling costs to meet targets.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining food quality and freshness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Communicate operational updates with team and collaborate across departments for smooth service.
