Pilot Flying J is seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume, quick service restaurants at travel centers. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager, coach and develop Team Members, and ensure smooth operation.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food service management, and a flexible schedule. We offer fuel discounts, comprehensive benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one-year food service management experience is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members.
• Create a positive work environment for team members.
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment.
