Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a Burger King location in Omaha, NE.

The GM will drive top-line growth, oversee guest satisfaction, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, service, and cleanliness. The successful candidate will develop leaders, train staff, manage schedules, and monitor costs while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in accordance with Burger King standards.
• Open to all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders, puts people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain balance between employee/guest experience and financial goals.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles and provide coaching.
• Develop shift supervisors for advancement.
• Acknowledge team achievements and provide feedback.
• Coach brand service behaviors and monitor service speed.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming, clean and meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and schedules.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize orders.
• Implement cost controls and adjust staffing as needed.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and performance assessments.
